At Swathi Home Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care in preparing and delivering our products, we understand that there might be rare occasions when returns or refunds are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Pickles
  • Vadiyalu
  • Sweets
  • Hots
  • Powders
  • Spices

However, we ensure that every product is delivered fresh and in excellent condition. If there is an issue, we encourage you to contact us immediately.

Eligible Reasons for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Spoiled Products:
    • If the product is damaged during transit or spoiled upon arrival.
    • Proof required: Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
    • If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
    • Proof required: Images of the received item and the invoice.
  3. Quality Issues:
    • If you believe the product quality does not meet our standards.
    • Proof required: Explanation and photos/videos of the issue.

Return Process

    • Provide your order details, proof (photos/videos), and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Verification
    • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you about the next steps.
  3. Replacement or Refund
    • If the issue is verified, we will:
      • Replace the product at no extra cost.
      • Or provide a full refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible).

Important Notes

  • No refunds or replacements will be processed if the issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • For products damaged due to mishandling after delivery, returns or refunds will not be eligible.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us for verified issues.
