But there are names with different ways, such as sorrel leaves pickles, punthikura pachadi, ambadi achar, Pulicha keerai pickle, and also punde pale. Gongura Pachadi is required to be stored in an air-tight container immediately after unpacking. The best before the date for Roselle / Ambadi pickle is 6 months from the opening or manufacture date.
